Refund and Returns Policy

At Ruhani Glow, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare and wellness products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer the following refund and return policy:
1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 24 hours with proof (photos/video).
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Products
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products purchased on sale or as part of promotional offers.
- Items without the original packaging.
3. Return Process
If your request is eligible:
- Contact us at ruhaniglow@gmail.com with your order details and proof of damage/defect.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
- Depending on the situation, return shipping costs may be covered by us or the customer.
4. Refund Process
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
