1. Product Refunds and Returns

We take pride in offering premium Ayurvedic skincare products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within the same day of receiving the product.
  • You will be required to provide proof of purchase along with photos or videos of the damaged item.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Return Process:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the condition you received it.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • You may be responsible for shipping costs, depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Products:

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products, unless they are defective.
  • This policy applies to all our Ayurvedic skincare and wellness products.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
